Pre-Conference Coach Training at Exponential 2009
When: Monday, April 20, 1-5 pm and Tuesday, April 21, 9-11 am
Leader: Bob Harrington - President and founder of Church Coaching Solutions and Pastor of Harpeth Community Church in Franklin, Tennessee.
Everybody needs a Barnabas, an encourager, one who comes alongside to help you be better than you will be on your own. Coaching is now commonly sought by business leaders, entrepreneurs, and other professionals in the business world because it has been found to make a huge difference for leaders. Church planting coaches need training not just according to the secular science of coaching, but in keeping with the Ways of the Holy Spirit. This seminar will be a basic introduction to coaching and can serve as an initial step in a process that leads to a basic orientation to coaching (certificate) or even to a formal certification track.
