Harrington, Bob

Bob Harrington

is an experienced church planter and lead minister/pastor. He has also served as a "Director of Planter Care" for Stadia (stadia.cc) where, for year, he trained church planters, coached church planters and served as a "coach of the coaches." He currently serves as the lead pastor of Harpeth Community Church, near the Harpeth River, just outside Nashville, TN (harpethcc.com) and the director of Church Planting Networks with Stadia.

Background

Bob has served as the senor minister of three churches, one in Canada and two in the United States. He received a bachelor's degree in Bible from Harding University in 1981, Masters in Christian Counseling from Harding University in 1982, and then a Master of Divinity Degree while studying at such diverse places as Regent College (Canada), the University of Calgary (Canada), Princeton Theological Seminary, and Asbury Seminary. In 2003 he was awarded the Doctor of Ministry Degree as a consultant in Evangelism and Church Growth under Dr. Thom Rainer at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Bob is the primary founder of Church Coaching Solutions.

 

 

 

Ted Cornelius 

is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, with ministry experience in youth ministry and   non-profit organizations. Ted serves as the operational hub for the activities of Church Coaching Solutions.

Cornelius, Ted

Background 

Ted is a "coach of coaching."   He has served the non-profit community in the areas of operational development and management, strategic planning, and coaching support for the past 7 years.   He is a certified coach and currently serves on a national training team for training others in coaching skills.
                                        
 

Smith, Dave

 

Dave Smith

is the director of coaching for Church Coaching Solutions, an experienced church planter, college professor, and coach to coaches.

Background

Dave currently serves as professor of Church Planting at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri.   He planted a church in New England, served as the director of the highly respected East 91 Street Christian Church's church planting ministry (Indianapolis, Indiana), and is part of the Orchard Group, a church planting organization which targets the northeastern United States.   Dave received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan in 1981, and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1989.    Dave is one of the founders of Church Coaching Solutions.
