Basic Coaches
Take a look at our coaches that have received our Basic Coach Training. These folks have experience in ministry and an introductory education in coaching (minimal mentor-coach training in coaching and a full day seminar). If you are interested in being coach by a particular coach or any of our coaches, fill out our "Get a Coach" form (just below), and we will contact you! They typically get paid $50 per session.

Vince AntonucciVince is the Founding and Lead Pastor at Forefront Church (www.forefront.org) in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He trains and coaches church planters and church planting networks. He also does training in the area of evangelism. |

Troy DeanTroy has lead two unique church plants. The first in Southern California as a missional community to young adults (average age 26-28). Recently, transitioning and leading a Stadia church plant in Northern California. His areas of obsession, passion and compassion include holistic leadership, spiritual formation and missional engagement locally and globally. |

David MillsDavid is a two time church planter with a passion for externally focused churches. He works to equip leaders for community service strategies rooted in missional character. Having authored Understanding Community Needs, he coaches nationally through Compassion by Design.

Jeff SivyerJeff has planted three churches and is currently serving full-time as the Lead Pastor of "The Grove" in North Eastern Ohio. In the past he has been a police officer, radio station manager and psychologist. Desiring to see emerging leaders fulfill their call, Jeff coaches a variety of pastors. However, he specializes in coaching bi-vocational pastors, pastors in transition, and other types of non-traditional pastors.
