Basic Coach Training

What:
- Basic training and orientation in the art of coaching. This basic orientation will acquaint you with the basic skills of coaching. Not as intensive or in-depth as the training-certification program, this orientation will provide a basic over-view of coaching for in-house coaching of ministry volunteers.

Why:
A unique coaching orientation:
- Read and discuss Coaching 101 with a mentor-coach (3 individual coaching sessions - over the phone in advance of the training)
- Hands - on training and interaction
Cost:
The cost for the orientation is $650. Here is an overview of the elements of the coach-training process:
- Coaching 101 by Logan and Carleton
- Three sessions with a coach-mentor
- Six hours of training
