Take a look at our Advanced Coaches.  These folks 1) have experience in ministry, 2) they have completed our certification program in coaching and 3) they help train and teach for CCS. The certification program they completed was a 7 to 9 month program that equips coaches to the certification standards established by Coach Net International (coachnet.org).  If you are interested in being coached by a particular advanced coach or any of our advanced coaches, fill out our "Get a Coach" form, and we will contact you!  They typically get paid $100 per session.

	Brett Andrews Brett and Laura planted New Life in 1993 in the Washington D.C. suburbs.  New Life has over 8 years experience as a multi-site church.  Committed to church planting, New Life was recently recognized as one of the top 25 church planting churches. As a coach, Brett has experience coaching the staff of a growing church.  Professionally, he has coached for Stadia and Church Coaching Solutions for the past three years.

	Aaron Couch "I am the Lead Pastor at Real Life Minsitries - Moscow (Moscow, ID), a branch of Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, ID. I am a Mentor/Coach for Lead Pastors, Small Groups Pastors and Evangelism Pastors in the areas of Relational Discipleship and Small Groups."
	Brent Foulke He has been involved in church planting since 1991 when he launched Christ's Church of the Capital District in Albany, New York. As director, consultant, coach, and organizational executive, Brent has served over 40 church plants. As a Director of the Church Planting Assessment Center he has provided assessment for hundreds of church planting candidate couples and their sponsors for church planting projects around the world.
	Bob Harrington He is an experienced church planter and lead pastor.  He has served as the "Director of Planter Care" for Stadia's southeast region (a church planting organization), where he has been a coach and a "coach of the coaches" for several years.   Areas of Coaching Expertise: Church Planting, Coaching, Evangelism, and Lead/Senior Pastor.
	Cindy Harrington "I have been a pastor's wife for 21 years and actively involved in mentoring other women since 2000. I began coaching two years ago after becoming certified. Not only is it an honor and privilege to coach others, but it has been life changing for me!"
	Debbie Jones She is the Associate Director Stadia East. With 25+ years of ministry experience she has conducted numerous workshops and seminars throughout the United States. Her passion is coaching children's leaders and offering care to minister wives and their families.
	Dave Smith He is the director of coaching for Church Coaching Solutions, an experienced church planter, college professor, and coach to coaches.  Areas of Coaching Expertise: Church Planting, Fundraising, Outreach, and Senior Pastor.
	Byron Spradlin President, Artists in Christian Testimony Intl (Brentwood, TN).  Trains & coaches "creatives" in church & missions ministry-especially worship & arts ministries. Experience-church planter, worship pastor, evangelist, worship for church growth.  Coaching specialty: "worship ministries" & "artistics."
	John Wasem "I am the Director of the Emmanuel Institutes at Emmanuel School of Religion (Johnson City, TN) including the Institute of Church Planting. I also serve as Director of Planter Care for Stadia East. In 1994, I planted and served for 11 years a church near Chicago that has grown to over 1,000.  I have coached nearly 50 planters in 20 states since 1998. I am nationally certified and best equipped to coach lead planters from pre-launch through the sustaining phase.  Areas of Coaching Expertise:  Church Planting, Coaching, Strategic Issues, and Organizational Leadership.
