Biblical and Evangelical Truth
Development: We exist to nurture, bring out, and support "the best" in church leaders. We highly value the well being of church planters and others in ministry.
Excellence: Doing things properly is more important than doing a lot of things. Excellence involves giving our very best at everything we do. Excellence honors God, gives confidence to others, and encourages believers. We are committed to excellence.
Relational Collaboration: We believe in partnerships and collaboration. As the Bible says, "two are better than one." Usually, if we work together, even if we are not always completely in alignment, we are much better than when we work alone.
Integrity: We seek to do what is right, ethically and morally, in all circumstances.
Contextualization: We believe that the trans-cultural teaching of the Word of God is firm and unmovable, but church planters and ministers must be flexible and adaptable in their approach. We value the context of particular ministries and the need to mold ministry to fit each unique context and setting.
Service: We exist to serve those in ministry leadership positions. We are not profit driven. Instead, we are committed to ensuring that those in ministry get the most effective coaching possible.
Biblical and Evangelical Truth: We believe in and are committed to the Bible, as the inspired and infallible word of God - and the rule and objective standard of the faith. We seek to uphold what the Bible teaches in all things and we encourage others to do the same. We personally uphold beliefs within the broad evangelical movement (we are from a Restoration Movement context). So, we seek to provide coaches and coaching which helps those who believe in the gospel and in evangelical and biblical beliefs.
